Guidelines and policies for ITRC club members, staff, and platform users
Last Updated: November 21, 2025
Every student or teacher has the right to join the ITRC club. A minimum level of motivation is required; your technical level is not a barrier. If your skills are already strong, you will be assigned as a full member. Otherwise, you will join as an intern while you train and acquire more skills. The club values motivation and willingness to learn above all.
Every club member receives a physical ITRC membership card with their name, photo, unique ID (matricule), and branch. This NFC card grants access to ITRC facilities and events.
Photo Submission: A recent passport-style photo (face visible, professional attire).
School Certificate: A valid certificate of enrollment (certificat de scolarité) for the current academic year.
Lost or stolen cards must be reported immediately. Replacement may incur a fee.
Consent: By attending ITRC events, you agree to be photographed or filmed. Photos/videos may be published on our platforms and social media. We do not blur faces unless a written request is made before the event.
Opt-Out: If you do not wish to appear, notify the organizer before the event. We will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee full exclusion.
Removal Requests: If you want a published photo/video removed, contact us at contact@itrc.club with the link. We will review and respond within 10 business days.
Respectful Environment: All members must maintain a respectful, inclusive, and professional environment. Disrespect, harassment, discrimination, or personal attacks will not be tolerated.
Collaboration: Members are expected to collaborate constructively, share knowledge, and support each other's learning and development.
Political & Religious Debates: No political, religious, or extremist debates, nor value judgments, are allowed in the club. The club is a neutral, inclusive space.
Confidentiality: Sharing ITRC data, internal discussions, or strategies with competing clubs is strictly forbidden and may result in suspension or ban.
Personal Data: Do not use member contacts for personal purposes or contact outside a professional context.
Care & Responsibility: Treat all club equipment and facilities with care. Damage or loss due to negligence is the member's responsibility.
Damage Reporting: Any member who breaks/damages club property must submit a signed report to the president (or vice president if absent) explaining the incident.
Voluntary Departure: To leave the club, submit a signed resignation request (demande de désadhésion) to the president.
Temporary Suspension: Leaving the club may result in a temporary suspension period before reapplying (typically 3-12 months, at the president's discretion).
Filing a Complaint: Any member may file a detailed written complaint against another member to the president.
Abuse of Power: Staff must not abuse their authority. Members can report abuse directly to ITRC Central at contact@itrc.club.
Right to Remove: The club president can remove any member for rule violations or unacceptable behavior. The decision is final.
Official Email: Each staff receives an email @wilaya.itrc.club (e.g. president@alger.itrc.club). It must not be used for spam or personal business.
Secret Professionnel: Staff are bound by professional secrecy. Unauthorized disclosure of confidential info is a serious breach and may result in termination and legal action.
Active Participation: Staff must fulfill their responsibilities. Inactive staff risk losing their role after a warning.
Audit Logs & Backups: All admin actions are logged. The platform has regular backups. Staff who abuse admin privileges (e.g. deleting members/resources without cause) risk suspension and legal action.
Permitted Uses: Members may use cloud resources (web hosting, storage, etc.) for portfolios, business, student projects, and learning.
Illegal Content: No illegal content, incitement to drugs, debauchery, political/extremist sites, or pornography.
Resource Abuse: No resource exhaustion, mass data archiving, spam, phishing, or using for mass email.
No tobacco, alcohol, or drugs inside ITRC premises. No use of facilities for personal/romantic/gambling activities.
No vandalism, abuse, or theft of club property.
Proper Handling: All members must handle equipment with care and return borrowed items in good condition.
